Simon has 40 years’ experience of leading established businesses and forming new ones. He’s also been a consultant to large organisations and governments in the UK and internationally. Highlights include strategy and programme development, project implementation, and research.
He’s fascinated by leadership in all shapes and forms, not only because of his own role as a leader but also by being thoroughly immersed in theory and practice. This means he brings a dual perspective to Mojave courses – as a leader himself and as someone who tries to make sense of everyone else’s ideas about leadership as well.
As Mojave’s Course Director, Simon feels hugely enthusiastic about putting his knowledge and experience on the line by making Mojave courses memorable and meaningful to anyone who shares the aspiration and ambition to be a better leader.
