Advancing Healthcare with the Mojave Strategy Programme
We feel exceptionally privileged to be supporting a business like Cambridge Healthcare Research. Founded in 2013 the business has experienced immensely impressive growth and now enjoys a reputation as being ‘best in class’ in its sector. Growth like that presents challenges and opportunities in any business of course. Working through our most popular expedition, the Mojave Strategy Programme, we’re working with the Board and senior leadership team to help them evolve their existing strategy; building upon their success to date and positioning the business to best support an ever-advancing market as it delivers its mission to advance healthcare. It’s an incredibly exciting and inspiring business to work with. The talent within it is incredible!

Congratulation's to Nick
We’re really excited to be able to announce that our MD, Nick O’Sullivan, has been selected as a Vistage Speaker!
Vistage are one of the worlds most popular and well established Leadership Mentoring groups, with a presence in many nations across the globe. They provide peer to peer support for everyone from new and emerging future leaders to seasoned CEOs. We’re delighted for Nick as it shows that even one of the most seasoned leadership organisations in the world recognises the value Nick can add to their members.
Nick’s initial sessions will be on strategy development, but this will expand to cover organisational culture and how to be a truly effective leader.
Change Awards
A great evening at the #changeawards2023 on the 20th April. Some really impressive achievements were highlighted which showcased the ability and determination of change managers dealing with some very complex issues in a huge array of sectors.
Huge congratulations to all the immensely deserving winners!

Formerly an architect, Rachel herself began to realise that she could process and articulate her own ideas far more effectively through visuals. What began as a process to enable her to be more effective in her own career soon evolved into a process that could help others exceed in theirs.
As an accredited executive coach and visual thinking teacher, Rachel’s incredible skills enable her to draw the thoughts and ideas her clients articulate. Being able to ‘see what you say’ as you work through each session can be incredibly powerful in enabling you to identify new connections or blockers that can otherwise remain hidden.
